Shipping policy

SHIPPING MODE:

We ship your orders through registered courier companies within India and outside India. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you with the necessary details of Consignment/Tracking Number with information about the shipping agency where you can track your order status on the shipping agencies official website.

CUSTOMERS OBLIGATION:

1. The customer has to specify clearly the address including Zip code and mobile number to deliver the order hassle free.
2. After creating an order, the customer can change the shipping address only till the point when the product is actually shipped or before the shipping confirmation mail has been received. Once the shipping confirmation mail has been sent to the customer, no requests to change shipping address will be entertained. In the event, if the customer wishes to change the shipping address, he/she has to contact customer support team at Aura Designs.
3. The customers/recipients receiving the delivery order must open the Package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
4. The customer/recipients accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or damaged or the box is empty. Further it must be informed to the courier agency as well as to the customer support team. (refer returns & exchange), complaint raised after receiving the order by signing the delivery receipt shall not be entertained.

SHIPPING POLICY
Your order shipped to you shall be fully insured.
After your product/s has been successfully placed, booked and packed, it will be shipped to your address provided by you.
The shipping timelines of the booked products shall be provided in the product description page, please refer for each product since the product/s varies from one another.
If the customer/recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item twice before returning the same to Aura designs.
Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

The shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and your shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping charges includes the insurance for the product given by the shipping agency.
All costs for re-shipment (after two attempts) and handling in the case of non-delivery to the customer/recipient shall be chargeable to the customer/recipient.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout by customer. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the country and the products imported. Customers need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency or to the duty collecting officer at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent. However, at the time of shipping the Aura designs will describe the product in the visible sense which helps to know about the product in correct manner.
