Refund policy

Though every item available on Aura Design is incredibly designed and crafted very unique and thus, there remains hardly any possibility of dislike.

As a Policy we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed by you. If the product doesn’t match your order/item or it differs from the product you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, then we shall Exchange & Refund on the following procedure and conditions:

  • Inform within 24 hours of delivery and communicate the same to our customer care executive at +91 9840140239 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM (IST) on working days and also report the same with reason to our email at info@auradesigns.co .
  • Items must be in new condition (without usage).
  • It should be with original packaging and accessories.
  • Only the order amount will be refunded - freight/shipping fees for the delivery and return will be at your own expense.
  • Refund process can take up to 15 working days, until the parcel is fully returned up to our satisfaction.
  • Amount shall be paid to the customer through Cheque only. (details provided by the customer)

Defective items

If you receive a broken or a defective item or your parcel is tampered or damaged, then please inform within 24 hours of delivery, also inform the same to our customer care executive at +91 9840140239 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM (IST) on working days and also report the same with reason by attaching the photo/picture clearly showing the damage/defect to our email at info@auradesigns.co . Also request to mention the delivery report as “received damaged/defective/parcel is tampered” and sign the delivery report. The amount shall be refunded or product shall be replaced on the following procedure and conditions:

  • Report with your name, order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the item delivered which clearly shows the damage/defect.
  • Retain the packaging of the damaged products received until our customer case executive get in touch with you.
  • Only the order amount will be refunded or the defective product will be exchanged (same item) - freight/shipping fees for the delivery and return will be at your own expense.
  • Refund process can take up to 15 working days, until the parcel is fully returned up to our satisfaction.
  • Amount shall be paid to the customer through Cheque only. (details provided by the customer)

Kindly note: Calls or Mails after 24 hours of delivery for the return or exchange of items shall not be entertained.
